Employers are still looking for people with college degrees, but they are also looking for additional character qualities, skills, and experience. Some traits that our students must have:

  1. The ability to “show up on time and stick with it”
  2. The ability to “connect the dots”
  3. The ability to design
  4. The ability to “see the big picture”
  5. The ability to get things done without “a lot of hand holding”
  6. Meaningful work experience
